MAB Properties keeps a small, well-cared-for portfolio of rental homes. We manage every property directly — no call centers, no corporate runaround, just a real person who picks up the phone.

Good housing shouldn't feel complicated. We keep our properties in solid shape, respond quickly when something needs fixing, and try to make renting from us feel less like a transaction and more like a handshake.

When we're not looking after the properties, you'll usually find us outdoors — that same appreciation for a well-kept trail carries over into how we care for a well-kept home.
